Your watchful eyes are a powerful tool. Being vigilant is being continuously aware about what is happening around us. It does not mean that we need to consciously be aware of only illegal activity, but rather constantly scan the environment whether consciously or unconsciously, for anything that appears to be unusual or out of the ordinary, or contrary to acceptable behaviour.
